What we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you choose to send: full name, email, phone if given, type of project, location, timing, indicative investment and your message.

The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools that identify visitors.

Why we use it

We use your data only to answer your request and arrange the introductory call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who receives it

The website and the form run on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which forwards your request to our mailbox and protects the form from automated submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare acts as a data processor. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, if no collaboration follows, no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to its processing, by writing to kaliaconsulting.info@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
